To strengthen our team on domestic and foreign construction sites, we are looking for a qualified

HSEQ-Coordinator (m/f/d)

Requirements:

• Completed Diploma or above preferably in Mining Technology and/or Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in said or similar role
• Operational and Administrative experience at a supervisory level will be an asset
• Formal qualifications in auditing, risk management will be well regarded
• Work in accordance with the respective local legislation

• Work in shift system (night shift included)

   

  Tasks:

   

  Under the supervision of the Project Superintendent, the primary role of the HSEQ Coordinator is to lead and support the team to work safely:

   

• Support with allocation of work and priorities, regular feedback
• Coordinate and implement HSE planning and performance measurement and reporting
• Develop and maintain contemporary and compliant HSE policies, procedures, and other resources
• Drive process improvement initiatives in support of HSE performance
• Trainings with staff
• Monitor implementation
• Coordinate the HSE incident reporting and investigation framework
• Coordinate internal / external HSE audits
• Ensure the HSE risk register is monitored, reviewed and reported
